Why Not to Wear a Deer Suit
It was march and bubba and joe decide they are gunna get a big buck this year. Bubba says " how bout we learn that doe matin call and we wear a doe suit. Joe agrees and they practice until the opener. They goto a field and they zip up their suit. Joe is the head and bubb the back. Joe starts callin and this big 12 pointer shows up. " oh crap " bubba says. " what is wrong?" "The zipper is stuck what we gunna do? " " I'm gunna eat grass but bubba ya might wanna brace yourself for impact!"

 Asian Style Duck
Rinse, clean duck, and cut off all inside fat. Place garlic, apple, and lemon in cavity. In a large pot, fill with water and steam for 20 minutes/lb., or until meat is tender. Remove from water, cut duck in half, and remove bones. Put cornstarch into each part of duck. Pour oil in pan, and add salt. Brown duck in hot oil until golden and crispy. When brown, drain excess. In small pan combine brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. Heat until sugar is dissolved and ingredients are well blended. Apply mixture over duck and let stand for 30 minutes in warm oven, basting with sauce several times. Place duck on platter and surround with vegetables.

The Chinese Water Deer is one of Britain's smallest species of deer, and is only slightly larger is size than the Reeve's Muntjac. They have a distinctive stature, the back is rounded and arched with the rump being higher than the forequarters. The legs are slender, with the hind legs being longer and sturdier than the forelegs. Both sexes are similar in size, although the males or bucks are slightly heavier than the females or does.
